This popular Monday morning Hatha Yoga class is suitable for all levels and will set you up for the week ahead. The class uses the breath and mindful movement for an enjoyable yet challenging morning yoga fix. Spaces are very limited so please book your place in advance. Yoga is a wonderful way to stretch and lengthen the body and calm the mind. You will leave the class feeling revitalised and ready for the day.

About the class
Talie has been teaching Pilates for over ten years. She trained with Body Control Pilates in London and later became a supervising teacher for trainees. Pilates has helped her personally rehab following being hit by a 4by4. This inspired Talie to help others rehabilitate and led to further training with Alan Herdman & Mary Bowen. Talie loves the transformative power of pilates that helps people regain fluidity of movement, stability and strength. Above all she believes Pilates should be challenging and fun.
As Joseph Pilates said “change happens through movement and movement heals”.
Talie continues to train with Pilates and movement experts across the globe in order to keep developing.

Weekly Sound Meditation
Do you feel like you need a little 'me' time? Would you benefit from an hour to yourself where you can leave the stresses of every day life behind? During our weekly sound meditation sessions, you can lie back, relax and allow the transformative power of sound to soothe and rejuvenate your mind and body.
You will have the opportunity to experience the healing sounds and frequencies of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, koshi chimes and other soothing instruments to bring about a deep sense of relaxation and inner calm. Sound Meditation offers an hour for you to de-stress and journey to new and exciting destinations on a path to reach your higher consciousness.

A mixed ability pilates class aimed at helping you feel happier and healthier in your body and movement. In an RB Pilates class you will gain strength whilst improving your mobility & flexibility as well as co-ordination & body awareness.
This will help you move in the most efficient way possible in everyday life. Rebecca's goal is to help you experience the physical and mental benefits of a weekly pilates class!
About Rebecca
Rebecca trained as a ballerina for 10 years with the Royal Ballet School and Elmhurst ballet school. Throughout her ballet training Pilates was incorporated as part of her daily routine to strengthen and condition our bodies. Diligently following the pilates method her continued love for movement led her to train as a level 3 pilates instructor with Body Control Pilates.
