Pilates is an effective way to strengthen your muscles, improve your posture, flatten your ab's and reshape your body. Pilates can also help to reduce the symptoms of lower back pain, sciatica and other physical issues. It is a fantastic all-round exercise programme that will make you leaner, stronger and more flexible.

At Eden Blue, our Pilates classes are taught in a way to suit all levels of ability, from beginner through to intermediate level. 


Hatha Yoga For All

Monday 6.00pm-6.55pm

Intensity: Low to moderate

Hatha Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on improving strength, flexibility and breathing to promote physical and mental well-being. This Yoga class is made up of a series of hatha yoga asanas designed to increase your strength, flexibility, stamina, mobility and breathing. 

Each class finishes with a guided relaxation that will leave you feeling calm, refreshed and fully restored.

Intensity: Moderate to high

Zumba is an exciting, exhilarating and uplifting dance-fitness workout that helps you burn calories, lose weight, build cardio strength and tone up! This fun-packed class will brighten your spirits and leave you feeling energised.

Zumba is a great fat-burning workout and is a brilliant way to maintain your fitness level. You don't need to be able to dance and the class is suitable for all ages, shapes and sizes. No previous experience is required. In each class you will burn between 500-1000 calories per hour so it is a great form of exercise as part of a weight loss programme. 


Mindful Yoga

Friday 9.30am-10.30am

Intensity: Low to moderate

In this Mindful Hatha Yoga class you will practice a wide range of Yoga asanas that will help to increase your strength, flexibility, stamina, balance and joint mobility. If you are looking for a class that will allow you to stretch and strengthen your body and calm the mind, then this is the class for you. 

Each class finishes with a guided relaxation that will leave you feeling calm, refreshed and ready for the weekend.

At Eden Blue, our Yoga classes are taught in a way to suit all levels of ability, from beginner through to intermediate level. 


Total Barre Pilates

Thursday 5.40pm-6.40pm

Intensity: Moderate

Total Barre™ Pilates combines elements of ballet, pilates, cardio and strength training for a dynamic and varied workout that will help to tone, sculpt and reshape your body. The class includes barre work, small weights and mat-based Pilates exercises.

The class will lengthen your limbs, enhance your posture, firm your glutes, tighten your waistline and help you to de-stress. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.


Mind, Body & Spirit Yoga

Thursday 9.30am-10.30am

Thursday 8.00pm-9.00pm

Intensity: Low to moderate

Our Mind, Body & Spirit Yoga classes are designed to bring a sense of peace and calm to the mind while strengthening the body. This class is made up of a series of hatha yoga postures designed to increase your flexibility, stamina, mobility, strength and breathing. Yoga can help to reduce the impact of chronic illness and pain.

Each class finishes with a ten minute guided relaxation that will leave you feeling calm and refreshed.  


Restorative Yoga for Well-being

Monday 10.45am-11.45am

Intensity:  Low to moderate 

This Restorative Yoga class is an inclusive and friendly Yoga class that is open to all. It includes elements of restorative yoga. If you are looking for a Yoga class that will help you to become more centred, relaxed and calm while stretching, toning and lengthening the body, then this Yoga class is perfect for you.
