During this deeply restorative Gong Bath, you'll be immersed in the rich vibrations of therapeutic gongs and crystal singing bowls, allowing your body, mind and  spirit to enter a state of profound relaxation. The resonant frequencies  can help quiet the busy mind, soothe the nervous system and create space for balance, clarity and renewal.
