About the class:
Pregnancy yoga and birth preparation classes for pregnant women from 15 weeks: restorative, rejuvenating and relaxing yoga for expectant mothers including labour and birth preparation skills. This class will help to prepare you for labour, alleviate pregnancy-related aches and pains, improve your overall health and wellbeing and enable you to connect with other mums.
Each class finishes with a guided relaxation that will leave you feeling calm, refreshed and fully restored.
Hi, I am Amy and I run Lushtums Eastbourne and surrounding areas. I am a mum of two lovely little people and a not so little rescue dog called Rae. I love meeting other women, sharing in their journeys and helping them find some space for themselves in a busy life.
I firmly believe in making sure you look after yourself really well, and in doing so, you can be there for those that need you. My classes are inclusive, safe and welcoming. You may have never tried yoga before or want to move to a gentler practise during pregnancy – all are warmly welcomed here.
I will be offering postnatal yoga soon too – for mum and baby and for women only (that important ‘me’ time!) as well as antenatal education classes for those women (and birth partners) who are expecting children.
