Zumba is an exciting, exhilarating and uplifting dance-fitness workout that helps you burn calories, lose weight, build cardio strength and tone up! This fun-packed class will brighten your spirits and leave you feeling energised. 

 

What you will need:

Wear comfortable, light clothing and a good pair of trainers. You will also need a water bottle to keep hydrated. Make sure you have room to dance!

Celine has been teaching Zumba for about 7 years and has taught Zumba, Zumba Gold and Zumba for children in and around Eastbourne.

Would you like to improve your core strength, flexibility, posture, stamina, balance, coordination and muscular strength? Do you suffer from muscular or joint pain and want to regain your health and well-being? Pilates is an effective way to strengthen your muscles, improve your posture, flatten your ab's and reshape your body. Pilates can also help to reduce the symptoms of lower back pain, sciatica and other physical issues.


What you will need:
If you have a mat, a pair of small hand weights, resistance band and a small cushion, that would be great! Alternatively, you can replace a mat with a towel or blanket, a scarf instead of a band and two tins or two water bottles instead of weights. Feel free to be as creative as you wish! Wear something comfortable and find a quiet place in your home and get ready for your class!

This Mind, Body & Spirit Yoga class is designed to bring a sense of peace and calm to the mind while strengthening the body. The class is made up of a series of Hatha yoga postures designed to increase your flexibility, stamina, mobility, strength and breathing. Yoga can help to reduce the impact of chronic illness and pain. Each class finishes with a ten minute guided relaxation that will leave you feeling calm and refreshed.

You will need a mat (or a towel or blanket), a cushion or block and an extra layer of clothes or a blanket for the relaxation element of the class. Wear something comfortable and find a quiet place in your home and get ready for your class!

About the class:

Total Barre Pilates combines elements of ballet, Pilates, cardio and strength training for a dynamic and varied workout that will help to tone, sculpt and reshape your body. The class includes barre work, small weights and mat-based Pilates exercises.  


The class will lengthen your limbs, enhance your posture, firm your glutes, tighten your waistline and help you to de-stress. The barre or a chair is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.


What you will need:
You will need a sturdy chair, a mat and a pair of small hand weights. If you don't have a mat at home, a towel or blanket will suffice. Use tins or bottled water instead of weights. Feel free to be as creative as you wish! Wear something comfortable and find a quiet place in your home and get ready for your class.
