Our Mind, Body & Spirit Yoga classes are designed to bring a sense of peace and calm to the mind while strengthening the body. Total Barre Pilates

Total Barre™ Pilates combines elements of ballet, pilates, cardio and strength training for a dynamic and varied workout that will help to tone, sculpt and reshape your body. The class includes barre work, small weights and mat-based Pilates exercises.

The class will lengthen your limbs, enhance your posture, firm your glutes, tighten your waistline and help you to de-stress. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.

Wu Tai Chi
