Yoga: 1 to 1 or small groups

Are you looking for a one-to-one or small group (e.g. partners, friends, colleagues!) Yoga session that is individually tailored to your needs? If you feel you would benefit from more individual attention than is possible in a group class, then perhaps a one-to-one Yoga class would suit you? One-to-one classes are suitable for everyone and are particularly ideal for people with specific health concerns that can be addressed in a smaller class.

 

Manage Health Issues including: fibromyalgia, anxiety, pelvic floor dysfunction, arthritis, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, depression, plantar fasciitis and many more.
