The Mindful Me Workshop is for anyone interested in mindfulness and meditation practice and for those who wish to explore their practice further. Discover the profound benefits of mindfulness and meditation and learn about different types of meditation, how to be still and present and how to incorporate meditation practice into your daily life. Zanubia will share her knowledge and provide a guided meditation, which will leave you feeling de-stressed, calm and focused.

"The practice of being mindful begins with connecting with our bodies through our breath. As this connection deepens over time our bodies' capacity for being present grows and stills the mind" says Zanubia. This workshop will give you an insight into the fundamentals of mindfulness and meditation practice and will help you to address your own worries or concerns in a safe, relaxed environment.​

Life Drawing Workshop by The Sketch Life Drawing

We're back after our Summer break and fired up for another season of wonderful life drawing events! Join us for an afternoon of untutored life drawing back at the fabulous Eden Blue. We will have a fantastic, experienced model, materials available and our usual welcoming atmosphere.

The two hour Life Drawing session is open to everyone from complete beginners to drawing pros with an emphasis on enjoying the process of drawing, honing those skills and savouring the relaxed atmosphere.

The cost is £10 per person and includes all materials. Feel free to bring your own if you wish!

Mind, Body & Spirit Yoga: Winter Workshop


Saturday 30th November

This gentle two-hour Yoga Workshop is an opportunity to put some time aside for yourself, to focus on letting go and to strengthen the connection of the body and mind. We will use this time to calm our thoughts, stretch and relax our bodies and restore our sense of well-being.  

The Yoga Workshop will begin with a practice to centre the body and mind and connect to our breath. We will use yoga asanas to release tension, concentrating on postures that open our chest and heart centre and cultivate a sense of becoming more open, on a physical, mental and emotional level.   

We will explore simple pranayama exercises (breathing techniques) that allow you to calm the nervous system and prepare for a deep relaxation practice that will end the workshop and leave you feeling refreshed and restored.
